House rules for every Kwesi Stay

These standards apply at every property—Newton, Charlotte, and Somerset.

Respect

10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Keep voices, music, and TVs at a considerate level for neighbors.

Health

No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home. Dispose of cigarettes outside only where permitted.

Pets

Only pre-approved pets. Clean up after your pet, keep them off beds unless noted, and never leave pets unattended.

Occupancy

Only guests on the reservation may stay overnight. No parties or events without written approval.

Arrival

Follow the digital check-in instructions sent before arrival. Do not share access codes.

Departure

Check out by 11:00 AM unless extended. Strip used linens, start dishwasher if full, lock up, and return keys.

Care

Bag trash and follow local pickup instructions in your welcome message. Do not leave bags outside overnight unless scheduled.

Tech

Wi-Fi is for guest use. Do not reset routers or relocate equipment. Report outages through your host message thread.

Care

Message us immediately for spills, breaks, or maintenance needs. We can help fastest when we know early.

Safety

Lock doors and windows when you leave. Do not disable cameras or safety devices where disclosed in your listing.

Access

Use designated parking only. No blocking driveways, mailboxes, or neighbor spaces.
